My First Class

Hi there Jeff and fellow classmates!
I missed my first class because I just recieved an acceptance call on Thursday. I was so excited! I was jumping for joy because Business was something I always wanted to do in my life. I remeber in my nursery and kindergarden class, I'd always want to play with the cash register. lol. So, yeterday was my first class and I was very proud to see many people from my reserve taking a course! Way to go! Knowledge is a powerful tool we can use in becoming a bigger, stronger, and healthier community. We all use some form of technology in our everyday lives such as; phone to make appointments, fax machine to send information quicker, cell phones to use for multi-purposes(depending on the person), computers to get information, etc. We all rely on technology to fit our need on a daily basis. I think computer is the most powerful and useful technology used today. Most people rely on the computer to communicate to their friends and for work purposes, etc. My daughter loves to use the computer. She likes to play games on there and listen to music. Speaking of children using computers, I think it's great for them to learn to use them , but with responsibilty! We, the adults must inform our children the safety precautions of the content on the internet. Teaching our children responsibilty is the key in making our children and computers safe for them. Today I learned the differences between adware, spyware and freeware. I wasn't sure exactly where the viruses were coming from but now I know.
